Carrie has over twenty-nine years experience in the field of leadership and organizational development. For the past decade she has run the Palo Alto Learning Group, an independent boutique consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership, team and organization development.

Having worked both internally and externally in leadership development roles for world-class organizations, Carrie has a deep and broad background in organization development consulting and leadership development.
